Cold Yoga

I'm trying to do gentle exercises to start out with.  It is going ok.  I have a bad habit of getting impatient and doing too much to soon and injuring myself, then I have to wait to heal and gain weight in the meantime, and have to start the cycle all over again.  I am also trying to go slow, as I just started a new semester in college today.

I have been doing Yogalates lately.  It meets the criteria and keeps my attention, so I don't get too bored.  It's so hot out right now that I'm not motivated to do anything more strenuous.  I had a thought, as I was doing that this evening, I should invent Cold Yoga, a yoga class that takes place in a very cold room.  On a day like this, I couldn't imagine seeking out more heat and Hot Yoga is pretty popular in this area.  I would attend Cold Yoga class, anyway, lol.  I'm sure being overweight makes the heat even more noticeable.  I hope to become more active this fall when the temperatures drop more.
